ViRGINIA PELVIC CARE PRACTICAL -MAY 2026

Virginia University of Integrative Medicine - 2 Day Pelvic Care Practical - May 16 + 17, 2026 - Dr. Krystal Couture

13 women showed up with open hearts, open minds and a desire to serve an underserved population. I'm still marveling at the revelations that manifested during this past weekend's training.

We share a WhatsApp group with each of our practical cohorts and the messages I'm seeing remind me of the importance and impact of this work. Our practitioners started using motor points in the posterior rotators, abdominal muscles and the adductors right away. Their clients are already experiencing reduced back pain, increased hip mobility and less burning on the pubic bone.

This work is needed and with each group we train, more and more clients are getting relief. I'm in awe of the ripple effect and so grateful for the practitioners saying "yes".

If you're ready, we've got one more practical before summer break.
