Montreal - 32 New Pelvic Acu’s

This season we held two practicals in Montreal, back to back, because one room wasn’t enough. Thirty two acupuncturists joined us across two weekends.

These extraordinary women put their hearts and souls into learning about pelvic acupuncture and conditions that impact the pelvis. They were attentive, present and brought their truest selves.

They came curious enough and brave enough to step into work most of our profession was never taught. They spent two days on evaluation, palpation and needling of the pelvic floor and the structures that hold it in relationship: the hips, the abdomen and the low back. They learned the anatomy, the patterns and the spirit of the points, and they learned them together.

I’m humbled and grateful for the trust that each acu who attends my courses bestows on me and what it means on every level to teach this medicine.

To every one of our Montreal graduates, congratulations. Your clients are lucky to have you.

Why this work matters

Acupuncturists are often the first providers to hear about pelvic concerns. Leakage gets mentioned on the way out the door. Pain with sex comes up as an afterthought. Pelvic pain gets brushed off as something to live with. Too often we’ve had to refer those clients out because we were never trained to treat the pelvis directly.

Every graduate changes that in their own community. One practitioner, one clinic and one client at a time, we are closing the gap.

Our 2027 Practicals

Montreal filled quickly and many of you joined the waitlist. We heard you. The 2027 season opens with two practicals:

Toronto: April 10 and 11, 2027
New York City: May 22 and 23, 2027

Each practical is two days of live, in person, hands on training worth 20 PDAs. We keep the room small on purpose. Pelvic work needs a safe container, time to practice and a teacher who can see every person in the room.

You can take the practical on its own or as part of the Pelvic Care Advanced Certificate, which pairs the practical with our eight module Online Bundle for 48 PDAs total.
